We want you to love your Big Bud Press items, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all items marked as Final Sale are ineligible for return or credit.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized mail carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 7-10 business days.
